The London Design Week was conceived by Sir John Sorrell and Ben Evans. Building on London’s existing design activity, their concept was to create an annual event that would promote the city’s creativity, drawing in the country’s greatest thinkers, practitioners, retailers and educators to deliver an unmissable celebration of design.

Designers, architects and style-seekers from across the UK are set to join forces at Chelsea Harbour for London Design Week 2015.
The six-day event at the Design Centre, which kicks off this Sunday, offers Meet the Designer sessions as well as trend talks from industry insiders as part of a busy schedule.
This year 500 brands will present their latest ranges at 102 showrooms with fabrics, furniture, lighting, wall-coverings, accessories, kitchens, bathrooms, outdoor living, tiles and carpets on display.
