We just found the most amazing apartment in Russia for you to be inspired for your home design ideas. I think I know what you’re thinking: maybe a totaly cold design, using white and lots of wood, and that’s all. NOT. This interior design project we just found uses amazing colorful details that allows the apartment to be a totaly warm place.
Yellow Yellow Yellow!
My favorite corner of this russian interior design projects developed by the interior design Studio Space4life is the living room (or should I say ‘the bedroom’?) It mixes all the scandinavian details (white, wood) and design lines, adding a pop of color. You got to love it!
42 square meters
Don’t be fooled by the measure. OK, it is a small apartment in fact, although, its fresh interior design and a lot of another elements help it look very spacious and airy.
The designers were very bright here: they abandoned some of the obvious conventional choice in order to take advantage of the space. Instead of having a bed and sofa, for instance, they opted for two platforms.
One of this beds/sofas has 3 more functions, in fact: it is an extension of the window sill, a workstation and a dresser.
So, this living room aka bedroom aka workstation it’s like a dream that came true. Another element we love and that helps maximize the space here is the TV which drops from the ceiling.
«(…) the designers focused on maximizing storage space without making it feel cluttered. That was done through a variety of strategies, including the deep drawers under the bed, the dresser drawers in front of the window as well as a few wall-mounted shelves.»
This room is quite spacious. It also integrates a dining space. Impossible not to fall in love with the geometric patterns in the tiles and with the chalkboard wall.
White and gray cabinetry and black and white floor are always a great option.
The designers to created a full bath, with a tub, a wide sink, a vanity, a washing machine and a very fresh and modern design. The main color scheme is a combination of white and dark gray (scnadinavian style) but there’s also a colorful tile mosaic on the bathtub wall as well as a purple shower curtain.
Is just me or this is one of the best home design ideas ever? A simple but very organized apartment in Russia. Lovely! Leave us some feedback, please!
