Don’t answer because we don’t have a remedy for being tired all the time, but we might be a good solution too. We found this place through Architectural Digest and we must say we just fell in love. This is an amazing beach house located in Careyes in Mexico. Are you excited to see? Let’s dive into it!
Shopping for an entire two-bedroom house in one day would be 100% impossible for most. Not designer and artist Sara Beltran.
This house design is located in an area on the Pacific coast of Mexico so private that every property has a name rather than a numbered address.
It’s a very exclusive place and it’s very hard to get stuff there.
Says Sara of Careyes, as the estate is called. Her client had brought her into the fold months before to hammer out the bigger picture, but the designer had just one shot to figure out all of the details—there are no stores in Careyes for last-minute purchases and it’s a long three-hour drive away from the closest major city, Puerto Vallarta.
Bright pops of color and cozy textures were a top priority, considering pretty much the entire residence is crafted of concrete. We’re talking about the walls, the floors, the countertops, and even the base of the sofa.
Treasures in tow, they made the long journey to the house, named Coco Beach Casita.
Every minute counted, painted it there!
Our answer is: yes, that statement makes sense. The time passes but we are always searching for old school trends, whatever it is in fashion, home decor or other topics. So, how do you feel about having a vintage home decor? We think we got the perfect ideas for you, here! Keep reading!

Looking for a dining room makeover? We bring you a color theme: Gray. Gray is still very much the color of the moment, and it is a shade that works perfectly well in the dining room. Breathe new life into your dining space by choosing a gray combination to suit your style. From moody dark gray to light pastel gray, here we show you how to choose and update your dining room gray.
Celebrate in a gray dining room that’s smart and opulent. Dark charcoal gray makes a sophisticated backdrop, brought to life with gold accents such as upholstery, frames, furniture and a statement clock. Perfect dining room ideas!
Frosty shades of pale blue lay beneath these calming, cool gray hues. Cool, light grays are perfect for a small but sunny room where the light can make deeper colors too intense while boosting its feeling of space. Be inspired by Nordic country interiors and use warm mid-gray on the walls in a dining nook as an alternative to white. Add natural rustic elements for texture and warmth, such as wooden candlesticks and a selection of hand-made tableware.
For an off-white option, soft dove gray is an understated yet smart backdrop for other monochrome shades in a dining room. Team grays with plenty of natural wood and muted accessories for a smart, chic feel.
Gray is the perfect backdrop for a gallery of cool and quirky artwork. To recreate this look fill empty wall space above a dining room cabinet with an arrangement of artwork. Create a triangular display, lining up the bottom row with the top line of the furniture, then filling in above with frames at staggered heights. A gray scheme works particularly well with a bright, punchy color in your home decor.
We have seen the revival of gray in interiors over the last seasons but this time it’s combined with wood tones to instantly add warmth and depth. Gray can give a calm and relaxed feel to the home, and is a fresh alternative to the classic neutral palette and acts as a great backdrop to introduce splashes of other colors. Seems the perfect ideas for your house design!
Gray has many different undertones depending on the shade. Rooms that are south-facing are full of light throughout the day making them warmer in tone. To maximize the space you have, gray colors with hints of soft blue are a great way to accentuate the room even further as they contrast the natural warm tone. North facing rooms have a slighter colder light throughout the rest of the day and as such, could benefit from using a warmer tone. Think about the placement of your room before you reach for the paint can as the overall look of one painting will be completely different in two rooms of opposing sides.
Opt for pared-back furniture and accessories. Gray teamed with wood has a naturally Scandinavian feel, so select pieces that will complete the Nordic look. Choose simple, clean lines when mixing two contrasting tones for an elegant, unfussy look. Pair it with the perfect lighting design and voilá!

If You’re Into Home Tours: GET INSPIRED BY THESE CELEBRITY HOMES INTERIOR DESIGN!
Four-time Oscar-nominated leading man Bradley Cooper, also an increasingly prolific film and television producer, made an early celebration for his recently released remake of “A Star Is Born” in, according to The Wall Street Journal, the $13.5 million off-market purchase of a handsome, expensively rehabbed early 20th century townhouse in New York City’s West Village.
The 21-foot-wide, family-sized townhouse was not listed on the open market but digital marketing materials from 2017, when it was available as a rental at $50,000 per month, indicate the residence has four and potentially six bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms in about 4,000-square-feet over five floors.
As we read along with the news. A comprehensive restoration and renovation masterfully blended original details and character with high-tech modern-day luxuries and creature comforts. The perfect combo for your dreamy house design.
As for comforts, we can highlight things such as radiant heated floors, a whole-house audio system, and a custom lighting tips program all controlled by an iPad operated home automation system.
This is a classic, raised stoop entrance set into an attractively plain red brick exterior offset with charcoal colored window and door trimming leads to a parlor floor with elegantly high 12-foot ceilings and lustrously polished reclaimed heart pine floorboards. The NYC vibes you ever wanted can be seen right in this house!
A petite library/office overlooks the street and a graciously ample living room offers a cleverly concealed wet bar, a remote-control operated fireplace and three sets of full-height French doors that open to a slim balcony overlooking the backyard and surrounding gardens.
There are two average sized bedrooms on the third floor, one of them en suite, plus two more potential bedrooms, each barely larger than a prison cell, while the entire top floor is dedicated to a sumptuous master suite with an unexpectedly high ceiling, fireplace, spacious bathroom flooded with natural light through a huge skylight and a two-room walk-in closet and dressing room.
With that being said, it’s nice to see that he’s finally found a place worth buying. Now get the Bradley Cooper’s vibe for your home decor!

January starts and we are in when it comes to the Pantone Color Of The Year 2019. We know it seems early because it’s winter and no one is wearing living coral, but you can be the first one to do it! Ready to be rocking this year like no one else? Learn how, here!

Another pink-tinted hue is set to take over in 2019—according to Pantone, at least. This time we are talking about the color Living Coral.
The company announced last month that Living Coral, a bright coral shade, is its 2019 Color of the Year. Although it may seem pinker in nature, Pantone describes Living Coral as:
An animated, life-affirming shade of orange, with golden undertones.
Last year’s color was UltraViolet, a deep purple hue. (Despite its ubiquitous nature, millennial pink has never actually been a Pantone color of the year—Pantone doesn’t actually have a hue named millennial pink!)
The decision of what will be this year’s Color of the Year is up to the Pantone Color Institute, Pantone’s consulting division that analyzes each year’s color trends. In particular, they pay attention to those that have appeared in branding efforts. Pantone pointed to Airbnb and Apple’s use of coral over the past few months as a sign of the color’s domination.
Pantone also cited Living Coral as a color of carefree happiness. A press release says it:
Symbolizes our innate need for optimism and joyful pursuits.
A feeling that, perhaps, people might be craving in today’s landscape. Color enhances and influences the way we experience life. And just like Pressman said,
As a shade that affirms life through a dual role of energizing and nourishing, Pantone 16-1546 Living Coral reinforces how colors can embody our collective experience and reflect what is taking place in our global culture at a moment in time.
So, if you are not in the mood for this year’s color trends, then what are you waiting for? Join the trending color side of the room, and make this year worth it! And enjoy the bold interior design choices you can make with this color!

We’re in the mood where if it looks stunning and it’s easy, voilá! We have ourselves something to cherish and a comfortable, cozy space to be in. To bring you that, we’re talking about how one style that celebrates humility, practicality, and affordability it the chosen one for you – and for us! – surely we’re talking about the industrial home design.
So, Don’t Wait! Check It Out!
This is a style that gives all the beauty to the raw textural. Think brick, tiled or even concrete walls to bring such a taste to your kitchen. Brick walls obviously are a favorite among homeowners but don’t forget the value of exposed steel surfaces and the right flooring, which can elevate the kitchen design to a whole new level.«
From dark wooden floors to painted flooring that gives the industrial kitchen a truly vintage look, the options are plenty. Throw in a beautiful subway tiled backsplash and some open shelves, and you have a captivating kitchen. Picking the right decor and accessories to fit into your dream kitchen goes a long way and you certainly want to bring the best kitchen yet.
While for some, the natural, raw industrial look is everything. But for some, a balance between modern refinement and edgy overtones that this type of style delivers. The curated fashion between style works wonderfully and you can add up or tone down. A chic industrial kitchen has a certain sense of inviting softness and is more open to glossy, posh cabinets and worktops, and relies heavily on industrial style lighting.
Loft style kitchens are an amazing source of inspiration. With their framed glass windows, double height ceilings and all-embracing spaces that so often take the center stage, there is a perception that the style fails in smaller kitchens. This is completely untrue! Efficiency, frugality, and ergonomics are the defining factors of the industrial style, making it ideal for smaller kitchens. The kitchenware you chose must have the ease; shelves that tuck away the unnecessary, and countertops that can take plenty of wear and tear come together to deliver a useful small kitchen that is well and truly industrial in its appeal!
When it comes to shelving you need lots of it. A great way of bringing the industrial style beauty to your kitchen while still shelving space. For example, floating shelves in raw wood or stainless steel often need the necessary contrast. An industrial kitchen offers the complete use of the vertical space you might need and the use of vintage pot racks and standalone cabinets make up for a small industrial kitchen style.
