The Brooklyn based Office of Architecture has completely remodeled a house for a family of four. The house was previously occupied by the family that after eight years decided to have a new house design. Come and take a look!

The family was on standby, like so many other families, choosing space over neighborhood became a possibility.
Nearly doubled in size, this Brooklyn row house became a very flattering stylish place to live in. The custom home floor plans for this home were fully thought out and its interior design trends definitely were carefully taken into consideration.
With monochrome tones, the tile interior design trend and lots of modern floor lamps, this pretty house became a spacious home in no time. The obstacle: getting extra floor area.
Lighting was a key feature of the house. Even full of natural light, it was still needed and it completes the home interior design into a whole new level. The wood details just added an extra feel.
Simple, functional and stylish. With some plants to add a colorful touch to the kitchen design, it can only add up.
White walls line up the bathroom interior design that is only complemented by the dark accents that you can see. Rustic walnut floors and wooden furniture were used to add warmth to the otherwise very black and white new house design.
The result of this so much needed change, was a happier, livelier home for the Office of Architecture clients.

In Odessa, Ukraine, a new, trendy spot just opened its doors. 4CITY is its name and it makes ends meet. Indeed, the profit of this amazing project is for the city of Odessa. The cosy, elegant and industrial design present in this beauty of a project are a must and you definitely can’t miss it!

For this project come true, it was needed 300 investors and a significant part of the income will be spent on social projects throughout the city. There are co-working, lectures class, restaurant and bar areas in this building.
The original building was a former institution for mud cures. The authors of the project, 2Bgroup bureau, worked attentively with the old space and preserved original millwork, fret and partly old tiles in the restaurant zone.
The creators of this amazing restaurant wanted to bring the message that, just because it’s a social project doesn’t mean it can’t be stylish and appeal to all ages. With an amazing decor, having the soft pink bringing some enchanting glamour to the place, everything just fits. The wonderful photographs are courtesy of Andrey Bezuglov.
Full of open spaces and wood details, the touch of grey and the industrial ceiling lamps just complement the space. Truly a dreamy place.
Full of style, this adds a touch of practicality as well. The spaces are well thought out and they don’t fill the space.
As one of the investors say: “We want to create a new perception: that helping the city improve is what’s “trendy” now. Someone might say, why does a restaurant for social projects need to have expensive chairs, fancy coffee. But they would be missing the point — we want to show that being involved in social entrepreneurship is part of having good taste, of possessing great style. If we can spread this philosophy through Odessa’s society, we could create something that will last, a kind of perpetual engine for social projects that make our home better every day.”

Spring will be here before you know it, and in a few weeks flowers will start to bloom and everything will seem brighter and happier. If you’re looking for a way to bring that feeling into your home design, then all you have to do is add a few Spring flowers to your home decor! Don’t know how? Don’t worry, we’ll tell you everything you need to know!
SEE ALSO: THESE ARE THE COLOR TRENDS EVERYONE WILL BE TALKING ABOUT THIS SPRING
The following are all DIY ideas that you can do with fresh picked up flowers from your own personal garden, or from a friend’s. Or you can just buy them in a local market and get your hands to it! The important thing is having fun while making your home even more beautiful.
Grab a few simple flowers, with very smooth colors and put them in one or two vintage glasses. You’ll get a pretty flower arrangement in 2 seconds!
Okay, so flowers aren’t your thing… However, you can still bring Spring home with a few decor pieces. We selected this very unique pineapple table lamp. It’s called Miranda and it’s by the portuguese brand Essential Home.
Another great way to use Spring flower arrangements in your home is taking advantage of white flowers, which look always very elegant. White is one of the color trends for the year, so that’s another plus!
Go for a bolder and chunkier idea and place some strong colored flowers next to a fresh bowl of fruit. There’s probably nothing more Spring-appropriate.
Keep it outside, but give them a little twist. Now that you can take your outdoor furniture back outside, don’t miss the chance to spice it up with some fresh flowers.
Denis Porcaro of Flower Girl NYC said “simple wheatgrass add a bright green accent – they can be put in vessels and mixed with pastel spring blooms“.
Proof that you don’t need to spend any money for this project are these beautiful daisies. You can harvest several dozen on pretty much any roadside and create an overflowing bouquet for your kitchen.
Now is also a great time to start planning the garden of your dreams, even if you don’t have enough plot space. Create a vertical garden by assembling wooden boxes in your backyard. The end result will be stunning!
A delightfully overgrown bouquet amps up its rustic design when placed in a birch vase. Its “just-picked” style is especially striking next to a geometric terrarium of succulents, which are also very trendy this year!
Teapots are making a huge success on Pinterest as alternative plant containers. For taller flowers like dahlias, look through the china for a proper coffee pot.
