The “Dr. Derek ‘McDreamy’ Shepherd’s” home was designed by the legendary architect Frank Ghery. One of the key features of this Malibu home that make Patrick Dempsey buy it, five years ago, was the space. As you can see in the photos, there is a lot of open space, perfect for outdoor activities.
