To speak about this contemporary style home, we need to tell you all about the way it was built. The architect Filipe Saraiva wanted to bring an outstanding style from all over the world to make this home one of the outstanding designs ever!
The house is filled with inspirations from all over the world. The way the surroundings fit with the distinct look of the residence turn the different settings into complementary ones without looking the distinctiveness that defines it.
Inspired by some of the most creative works we’ve ever seen: childhood drawings, this home transcends imagination and design. A perfect family home, the modern structure brings the functionality and the needs and particular architectural requirements of the architect’s view and personal style.
Although being so different from what we’ve seen, the original concept was kept as pure as possible, the simple but monumental volume extends longitudinally over the slope of the plot of land.

The distinctive cladding features the modular sections of black concrete panels that cover this modern house plans lowered the cost of the project- bonus! – and also helped to integrate the structure in its natural environment. The wooden sections point to the covered terrace that extends the house.
Inside, the bright white walls contrast the dark coloured exterior. The large windows flood the rooms with natural light and the glazed facade connects the living room, dining room, and the kitchen to the outdoor terrace.
