Dr. Dre bought the house from Brazilian actress, producer, and supermodel Gisele Bündchen and her husband, former New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady. Bündchen and Brady bought the land for $11.75 million in 2009, and built Dr. Dre’s House on it from the ground up. They listed the estate for $50 million, but reportedly sold it to Dr. Dre for $10 million less, in part because he offered them a deal so soon after they put the house on the market.
