That’s right… Word is home stylist, TV personality and blogger Emily Henderson is selling her California estate, and for $1 million it can become your next stylish home. Great news, or great news?

Your dream of living in a mid-century inspired home styled by interior design guru Emily Henderson might now be one step closer. More than wishing she could just take your home into her hands and completely transform it, there’s now an actual chance we get to live in her actual house!
Henderson’s modern California home just hit the market for $1,027,000, and the star even revealed on her blog that some items she picked out to stage the home will be for sale! We’re talking about dream items like Rebecca Atwood pillows, a Jonathan Adler pot, plus furniture such as the sectional, dresser and saddle chair.
“I was very worried about how to style this room to sell, and yet be full of enough personality to represent me,” Henderson stated. “I kept all the color and pattern in the textiles, and used a (what I like to think) universally loved color palette of gray, blue, navy, white, wood, with some hints of lighter toned pinks as an accent.”
The whole house underwent a serious renovation by Emily Henderson herself and is now ready to be sold and be the cheerful new home of a young couple, such as the star and her husband when they first moved in.
The three-bedroom home features a step-down living room with a pitched ceiling and wall of windows that helps keep much of the residence looking light and airy.
