The Belmond Andean Explorer is a luxury sleeper train that travels through the Peruvian Andes. It transports up to 48 passengers through the lovely country that is Peru. As the interior designer of this project says ““I wanted to connect the interior with the location and make it a holistic journey of discovery. The ‘journey’ starts with the immediate surroundings—a place to calm the senses, enable a new state of ‘slow living’ and relaxation whilst connecting with nature.” that is everything we want you to feel. Inside this magnificent luxury sleeper train exists a piano car bar, an observation car, a boutique, a library and dining cars. In addition to the comfortable beds, vibrant tapestries can be found in each car as well as baby alpaca blankets for extra chilly nights.

Even the smallest detail speaks to the country’s rich culture, such as the brass room keys in the shape of the Chakana Cross – a symbol of the Incan civilization as well as the train’s crest.
