Mixing the Old with the New

MIXING THE OLD WITH THE NEW! Here’s a great trend!

And the interior designer/architect Rotem Guy knows it! He reimagined and transformed an antique house, blending old features with new furnishings.

This Israel house was originally built in 1951 for a jewish immigrant family from Libya. As typical of the residences built in those decade, the existing structure was a tiny unit, and as the family grew, the house was enlarged.

Guy preserved the abode’s central elements and did a great job! Leave us your comments! 🙂
